Nutrition is a critical component of cancer care, with growing recognition of its importance across the cancer pathway. Malnutrition remains highly prevalent among people living with cancer and is associated with poorer tolerance of treatment, increased complications, and reduced quality of life. This webinar will explore the role of specialised nutrition in cancer care, with a focus on high-protein oral nutritional supplements and the contribution of pharmacists in various care settings. This event will mark the launch of a new FIP CPD Bite designed to strengthen pharmacists’ knowledge, skills and confidence in supporting specialised nutrition and the appropriate use of high-protein oral nutritional supplements in cancer care.

This event welcomes oncology pharmacy practitioners, researchers, and those involved in service evaluation or clinical audit. Key deadlines: abstracts due 31 October 2025.
