Pharmacist burnout is often framed as an individual resilience issue, ignoring that system failures are hiding in plain sight. This webinar explores the growing strain across the pharmacy workforce and why well-being can no longer be treated as a personal responsibility alone. From structural pressures and inequities to the long-term impact on patient care and workforce sustainability, we unpack the realities shaping the profession today. Oral health is a key indicator of overall health and quality of life, influencing well-being and self-confidence, and the ability to live and work without pain and discomfort. Oral diseases are largely preventable and can be more effectively managed when identified early. Pharmacists are highly accessible healthcare professionals and play a key role in promoting oral health, supporting early identification, providing patient education, and contributing to multidisciplinary care—particularly for populations with specific needs such as pregnant women and older adults.
