A vacinação em farmácias (PBV) é uma solução comprovada e escalável que melhora os resultados em saúde pública, dá resposta à escassez de profissionais de saúde e promove o envelhecimento saudável. Este evento irá explorar como a PBV pode fortalecer os sistemas de saúde e colmatar lacunas na cobertura, em particular nos países da AFPLP. Irá também analisar dados globais, partilhar ideias práticas para a implementação e destacar a importância de reforçar as capacidades da força de trabalho e de criar estruturas de apoio para garantir que os farmacêuticos possam contribuir de forma sustentável para as estratégias nacionais de imunização.

This digital event will focus on the use of Real World Data in securing the pharmaceutical supply chain. It will provide a global overview on initiatives to prevent falsified and fraudulent medicines entering the supply chain. It will examine examples of systems in Developed, Low and Middle Income Countries and also what the future holds e.g. implementation of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) in the USA and developments in other countries.

EUFEPS is pleased to announce that the 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Naples, Italy, from May 27th to 29th, 2026. The 13th IPCRG World Conference and 1st North African Interdisciplinary Respiratory Forum is a great opportunity to meet leaders in primary care, make new contacts and spend valuable time in an open and friendly atmosphere with other people passionate about primary respiratory care. 

As health care systems grow increasingly complex, pharmacists are key members of the patient care team. This webinar, in collaboration with the World Patients Alliance, will explore how pharmacists contribute to safer care through medication management, patient empowerment, and interprofessional collaboration. It will also highlight the patient perspective by showing how patients and families contribute to safer medication use through shared decision-making, early reporting of concerns, health literacy, and partnerships with pharmacists and other health professionals. Pharmacists’ expertise in disease prevention and patient-centred care is increasingly vital, highlighting the importance of teamwork and shared decision-making in achieving safer and more effective treatment outcomes for the patients.
