Background information: The thiazolic nucleus is found in a number of anticancer natural products, specifically in the 2-amino-1,3-thiazolic cyclic peptides.
Aims: In view of this, we designed a congeneric series of 1,3-thiazolic compounds, where these compounds feature a hydrazone and benzodioxole fragments.
Methods: 1,3-thiazolyl compounds (1-17).. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
