Background: Flurbiprofen (FPF), a clinical used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), causes serious gastrointestinal (GI) adverse events including inflammation, bleeding, ulceration, and perforation.
Aims: To improve its oral drug-like behaviors and safety profile, a series of prodrugs for flurbiprofen were designed based on the tissue.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
