• Abstract:

  Our assocation promotes exchanges between protagonists involved with diabetes care and local pharmacists. Our pharmacists proposed an enquiry form “You and your diabetes” to their patients including items on follow-up examinations and a validated questionnaire on quality of life. 286 questionnaires were studied : 56% of the study subjects..
