Elderly in Taiwan due to the current health care system is inconsistent; there are many potential risks in the safety of medication.
Aims:
Potentially inappropriate medication assessment for home care cases, analyze the risks of prescription drug safety, to provide the reference of the Government to formulate a drug safety policy.
