Background
: The Pharmacy of the Hospital School of St. Francis of Assisi started the service of pharmaceutical care to patients in use of essential medicines in January 2012. There are currently 380 registered patients, 307 of which started the pharmacotherapeutic follow.
Aims:
Outline the socio-demographic profile of these patients.
