Introduction:
Aga khan University Hospital (AKUH)is a 550 bed, ISO certified and JCIA accredited tertiary care teaching hospital that has a well established pharmacy services. Our oncology residents used to order chemotherapy by transcribing the manually written oncologist’s prescription on the CPOE system. Each drug of chemo regimen was entered The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
