Aims
To clarify whether antibiotic prophylaxis given prior to skin incision is superior to the time of the umbilical cord clamping for mater and neonate.
METHODS
Data were review in Cochrane Library, Pubmed, EMBASE, CNKI and Wanfang.Meta analyses were performed with the RevMan 5.0 software supplied by Cochrane Collaboration.
RESULTS
