Background:The ASHP Foundation improved the effectiveness of it support of pharmacy practice research by advancing financial capacity, applying staff expertise and developing a strategic plan. II. Aims:1) To show how an organization can improve the effectiveness of its research mission. 2) To demonstrate the benefits of a research advisory panel.
