• Abstract:

  Dextrose injection is used as a parenteral fluid and nutrient replendisher. Determination of the dextrose injection is provided by polarimetry in pharmacopoeias. Determination with polarimetry not only takes long time to apply but also influenced from the temperature. Because of this reason, usage of Universal Attenuated Total Reflection (UATR)..
