  Batch release of biologicals in the Republic of Croatia is in the competence of the Agency for medicinal products and medical devices and its Division for immunological medicinal products. Croatian Act on Medicinal Products stipulates that vaccines, sera, toxins, allergen products and blood/plasma derivatives are subject to official batch release
