Ross Watkins - Abstract:
Background
There has been little exploration of public perceptions of the quality of community pharmacy services.
Methods
Interviews and focus groups were conducted with members of the public (in Scotland, England and Wales) and were audio-recorded, transcribed and analysed systematically using an interpretive approach.
Results
Twenty individuals
