    Background

    Point prevalence survey (PPS) is the first step to understanding the prevalence and practice of antimicrobial use and this is needed to provide important information when designing antimicrobial stewardship program in the nursing homes (NHs). The current antimicrobial prevalence and practice are unknown for NHs in Singapore and Asia.
