Background
Warfarin monitoring services vary across the country; however, the process is relatively similar. There is limited data on the comparison between a ‘post and dose’ service and a face-face warfarin monitoring service.Methods
A cross sectional study was conducted with 160 patients aged 18 years and above from CRH (n=80) and HRI (n=80).. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
