Background
Lithium yields successful pharmacotherapeutic outcomes but carries a narrow therapeutic index, consequently necessitating vigilant patient monitoring.
Methods
A longitudinal study was carried out at MCH and MDH. A triangulation approach was adopted. A data collection tool (DCT) was used to collect quantitative data from patient files.
