  • Abstract:

    Background

    High-alert medicines bear a higher risk of causing notable patient harm when used in error, including heparin, concentrated electrolytes, insulin. Because of high workload in our hospital, it presents a challenge to pharmacists to provide safe and correct medication to patient efficiently.
