Background
The level of consumers’ understanding of current package inserts (PIs) for over-the-counter (OTC) medicine in Japan is not satisfactory.Methods
We evaluated consumer comprehension of a newly revised PI with the modified user testing method recommended by the European Commission. The step-by-step evaluation involved preliminary tests..
