  Background

  Targeting multiple biochemical pathways of cancer can be achieved by a single chemical entity that could modulate several targets of a multifactorial disease. VEGFR-2 and c-Met kinases collaborate synergistically in promoting angiogenesis and progression of various human cancers.[1]
