Background
Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (T2DM) is one of the most prevalent chronic diseases in the Netherlands. Lifestyle interventions are an important tool in preventing disease. Increasingly lifestyle interventions are used to reverse T2DM. The Netherlands Organisation for applied scientific research (TNO) has developed a tool to support healthcare ..
