• Abstract:

  Background

  Steroidal external formulations are used primarily as anti-inflammatory dosage form, and classified into five groups according to the degree of transdermal absorption through skin. Clobetasol propionate (CLB) cream formulations belong to “strongest” group, and are widely used.
