INTRODUCTION
Drug related problems (DRP) constitute a relevant pathology, with a great welfare and economic repercussion; being cause of hospitable admittance. It´s estimated that iatrogénica pathology by medicines causes between the 1 and 4% of the consultations in the Emergencies and is responsible for 0.3% of mortality in..
