Resistance to antibiotics is a major threat to global health. The general public play a significant role in the emergence and spread of antimicrobial resistance.
A multi-centre cross-sectional survey was conducted on a sample of 1400 residents visiting randomly selected parks in China, from January to June 2015.
The response rate was 86.0%
