Since the structural reform in 2007 Danish municipalities have been responsible for prevention and rehabilitation in the health care sector.
In depth qualitative interveiws were carried out. The first interviewee was a person with 14 years of experience on management level in 4 different municipalities. An additional 3 interviewees were people
