  • Abstract:

    A crystalline solid dispersion obtained with carboximethylcellulose (CMC) and rifampicin (RIF), CMC-RIF, significantly improved the dissolution efficiency and the hydrophilicity of RIF, which are two of the critical factors that affects RIF bioavailability.
