It will also highlight the key concepts of quality data and information, the importance of interoperability in modern healthcare, and an overview of data use in pharmacy practice. Data competency allows pharmacists to make evidence-based decisions, improve medication therapy, predict patient outcomes, and optimize the overall efficiency and safety of healthcare delivery.
