Background/Aim: The purpose of the present investigation was to develop an extended release dosage form for an antimuscarinic agent using quality by design (QbD) approach.
Methods: The quality target product profile of an antimuscarinic drug was identified and initial risk analysis led to the identification of the critical quality attributes...
