Background: Cyclosporin A(CyA) is commercially available as self-emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS) (Neoral®, Bioral®) yet drug-induced nephrotoxicity is the major challenge.
Aim: SEDDS of CyA in combination with an antioxidant (Vitamin E TPGS) were developed with the aim to improve bioavailability and reduce nephrotoxicity.
Methods:.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
