Background: Complexation has been recognized to optimize the physicochemical properties of the drug by incorporation of other pharmaceutical excipients to the drug molecules.
Objectives: This study aims to identify the possible complexation between 17β-estradiol (E2) and cholesterol (CHL) using hot-stage polarized light microscopy (HSPM),..
