Background
: Only appr. 50% of patients take their medication as prescribed. Medication reminder service has shown to improve adherence and has been successfully implemented in the Netherlands.
Aim
: Our aim was to develop a reminding software for refill medication and to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of a medication reminder service in The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
