  I Background
  Mediq is introducing the care program in the lead-up to the liberalization of tariffs as of 1 January 2012. In addition to delivering pharmaceuticals and associated care, fees can be received for additional services. HARM and IPCI have shown that approximately 5% of all unplanned hospital admissions are caused by adverse drug reactions
