Background
In the UK, it is estimated that about £200 million of prescription medicines are wasted in primary care (excluding care homes) each year, of which 50% is potentially avoidable.1
The aim of this study was to investigate how patients order their repeat prescriptions in primary care, reasons for that choice and how both may influence The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
