Aim
To document and analyze the prescription interventions of Ballerup Apotek to prevent future prescription interventions.
Methods
We recorded all prescription interventions at Ballerup Apotek from September 2010 to March 2011 (18 months) on the pharmacy’s intranet and categorized them based on causes. Each month we reviewed the interventions and The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
