Introduction
: Throughout the pharmacy profession, as in other professions, debates rage over the definition of a leader and how leaders emerge. Pharmacy practice initiatives related to public health continue to increase the need for prepared leaders able to serve the needs of their communities and to inspire advancement of the profession.
