  Background:
  The last decades bring phytotherapy into the medical forefront.
  Aims:
  The present experiment aims to formulate 7 phytoterapy ointments and to evaluate their wound-healing effects in cutaneous induced lesions in Wistar rats, by performing wound contraction rate (WCR), period of reepithelisation, and histopathological examination.
