Background:
Itraconazole, a triazole antifungal drug has low aqueous solubility and bioavailability. Lots of studies have been done to increase solubility of drug with emulsification technique. The emulsion prepared by Shirasu-porous-glass (SPG) membrane can be mono-dispersed and uniform sized emulsion with narrow size distribution.
