Background
Continuing education for pharmacy technicians is a prerequisite for providing optimal pharmaceutical care in a community pharmacy. However, due to high workload it is not always feasible to schedule technicians for whole day courses. We felt there was a need for a more flexible education tool, which would also offer pharmacists a The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
