  Background:
  There are past case reports of bumetanide associated musculoskeletal adverse effects, which include arthralgia, cramp, myalgia and muscular tenderness. At Far Eastern Memorial Hospital (FEMH), three bumetanide-associated myalgias were reported among 6 months.
