Dr. Toshiyuki Sakaeda is Professor of Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kyoto University, Japan. He received his Ph.D. from Kyoto University in 1988 under the supervision of Professors Hitoshi Sezaki and Mitsuru Hashida. He worked as a research staff at the University of Kansas, USA under the direction of Professor V.J.Stella, from 1991
