Introduction
The solid dispersion method, by which a drug is dispersed in a carrier to makeit amorphous, is one of the pharmaceutical approaches most commonly employedto increase bioavailability of poorly water soluble drugs. A pressurization/knead- ing/extruding method using a twin screw extruder is one of the methods used to facilitate solid ..
