After 20 years as a hospital pharmacist, Theo joined the University of Leeds as Professor of Pharmacy Practice in 2000. His research focuses on consumer medicines information and expressing risk of side effects to medicine users. Recent publications have appeared in the BMJ and Lancet. He is executive chairman of a University spin-out LUTO
