- Abstract:
The effectiveness of medicine therapy is closely related to patients adherence. Patient adherence is low (1), in long-term treatment often below 50% and under-use of medicines seem to be more common than over-use.
The concept of concordance (2) to improve drug treatment appears to be promising. Concordance is a relationship between health care.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
