• Abstract:

  The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of various terpenes in presence of two different co-solvents on topical delivery of a highly lipophilic compound (log P=5.4), naftifine HCl (NFT), in vitro.
  
  The clinical efficacy of topical formulations depends on the release of drug from vehicles and then, its penetration across stratum..
