  Introduction
  Stroke is the second leading cause of death in Ghana after malaria as of 2019, requiring prioritized services. This study assessed and used availability and affordability of interventions for stroke management as an indicator of the health system’s ability to provide a stroke benefit package at the Primary Care level in Ghana.
