Background
Medisinstart is a Norwegian pharmacist-led service in pharmacies for patients starting on new cardiovascular medications. The service includes two consultations and is aimed at improving adherence and reducing medication-related problems.
Questionnaire surveys have shown high patient satisfaction with Medisinstart, but they offer.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
