  Introduction
  Progesterone is essential in the early stages of pregnancy, and in the event of abnormal bleeding during the 20 weeks of pregnancy, progesterone is often supplemented with lutein to reduce the risk of preterm birth due to its high safety. Progesterone is divided into four types: injection, oral, vaginal plug and vaginal gel.
