  • Abstract:

    Solid dispersions prepared with gelatin and HPMC2910 as a carrier were investigated for improving the dissolution and bioavailability of valsartan, a poorly water-soluble compound. The solid dispersions with various ratios of gelatin to HPMC2910 were obtained by spray drying method. They were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry..
