conSIGUE Program has shown the efficacy of Medication Review with Follow up (MRF) in a RCT (2009-2013), followed by an assessment of implementation and effectiveness (2014-2016). Since 2017, conSIGUE is at the scale up phase. conSIGUE is led by the General Pharmaceutical Council of Spain (GPhCS), Universities of Granada and Technology
