- Abstract:
Aim: To minimize the number of prescription errors
Purpose: To make sure that the right medicine with a correctly filled in dosage label is delivered to the customers by the pharmacy.
Target group: Medical secretaries of clinics attached to the pharmacy
Idea: Arose after a control of the quality data of the pharmacy as to mistakes made.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
